A Time to Sing
Hymns connect us to generations now gone.
That was certainly true on Sunday, April 18th
when we sang many hymns from days gone by and
listened to the teachings of a Circuit Rider.

Reverend Robert Bailey served Brooklyn for
22 years! His family and the 150th
Anniversary Committee held a tribute to Bob
Bailey and a meet and eat on August 22nd. |

Bruce Erikson Returned To Brooklyn
With open arms Brooklyn welcomed former
Pastor Bruce Erikson and his wife Wanda. |

Harvest Festival
Just like the "good old days"
Brooklyn celebrated the farmer and the
harvest. A good old fashioned Chicken
Dinner was also held. |

Mike Dyrdal Returned To Brooklyn
Mike and Kathy returned to Brooklyn to help
us celebrate our church community. As
Mike says "You can leave the church, but
the church never leaves you!" |

Bishop Sally Dyck Visits
Bishop Sally as she likes to be called
preached on Sunday, October 17th about
"Connecting the Dots". She
stressed the importance of daily Bible reading
and spoke of our connection to the Conference
and how our gifts are spread throughout the
world |
