and decorate your car!) We also have Halloween-oriented games for the
children to play.
UMW Bazaar will be on Saturday, November 1th. Once again we will have the "Clothes Closet.” Gently used and clean clothes and jewellery will be sold to profit our Mission Giving. Bring your
donations to the church on Sunday, October 26th-31th. Put your donations downstairs by the elevator. All sizes are accepted!
The 2014 Gala is scheduled for Sunday, December 7th. This year our many music and worship groups will be presenting their music and dance. The Silent Auction begins at 2:00
pm and the concert begins at 3:00 pm. The work to find items for the silent auction begins now and we need donations such as cabin stays, hotel and restaurant gift cards, retail gift cards, new or like new gift items, antiques, musical instruments, etc. We would also like to invite new members to join the planning committee. WE HAVE FUN and make a big dent in the general fund for the church.

MN Food Share has a new project called
Harvest Campaign that needs your help to succeed. The goal of Harvest Campaign is to increase the amount of fresh produce available through the food shelves. This project is taking place August 15th - September 30th in the Twin Cities Metro Area. You can participate by donating fresh home or community-grown produce to our food shelf at Cross of Glory Church. Donations of cash will also gladly be accepted and allow food shelves to purchase healthy foods and fresh produce. Brooklyn Church is registered to participate in Harvest Campaign. If you are able to donate produce or cash, please bring it to church and leave it in the basket provided in the Narthex. We will record the amount donated and bring it to Cross of Glory or you can bring your donations directly to the food shelf. Just fill out the tally sheet and put it in the basket so we can keep track of our
donations. Together we can help our food shelf provide healthier choices for our community. Thanks for your participation!

September issue is now posted. And while your there, why not tell us that you would rather pick up the Circuit Rider online,
