The Church of the Multiplication of the Loaves and the Fishes in Tabgha is the traditional site of the feeding of the five thousand (Matthew 14:13-21).  In the 1980's after excavation of the site was complete, the church was restored to its Byzantine form and is known for the beautiful mosaic floors which include the loaves and fishes.
