Marilyn Evans,
enjoys leading adult Bible studies and
says her strengths lie in pastoral care, counseling, teaching,
preaching and leading worship. One of Marilyn's biggest
joys is helping persons to name their gifts and then
empowering them to use those gifts, not just in the church,
but in every area of their lives. |

Fran Davis, RN, BSN, is our
Parish Nurse.
The goal of the parish nurse program is to help individuals stay well and create a feeling of deeper caring. The parish nurse ministers to the body, mind and spirit. Parish nurses do not give direct or invasive patient care. Instead, the parish nurse focus is the role of personal health counselor, health educator, health advocate and referral source. My office hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm every Wednesday, as well as unscheduled times throughout each week by calling 763-561-1684 ext. 109. Fran and her husband Jerry have been members of Brooklyn for a number of years and Fran has worked as a nurse in many different areas of health care. |
