ACM MEN'S ORGANIZATION

Come be a part of the African Contemporary Ministries Women's Organization, a vibrant and supportive community where women grow spiritually, find empowerment, and serve God and our neighbors. We share our experiences, build each other up, and offer encouragement through every season of life, extending our care to the wider community through meaningful outreach.

DANCE MINISTRy

Our Dance Ministry offers a unique way to glorify God through movement, with each dance serving as a heartfelt praise offering that adds a beautiful dimension to our worship. We've been a vibrant part of the Brooklyn community since 2001, expressing our faith and love through the art of dance.

This ministry is open to anyone high school age and up who feels called to praise through movement. We typically gather for rehearsals on Mondays at 6:30 PM. If you're interested in joining us, please contact Rachel Woods or the Office.

MEN'S FELLOWSHIP GROUP

The Men’s Fellowship group at Brooklyn United Methodist Church meet monthly on the second Saturday at 9:00 am in Room 215. It is a great way to get to know other members of your congregation and create new friendships. All you need to bring is yourself. At a typical meeting we participate in devotions, discuss ongoing projects, and bring up and discuss ideas on how else we can help.

UNITED WOMEN IN FAITH

United Women in Faith focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and soul of women while actively supporting vital missions for women, children, and youth. We believe that by caring for ourselves, we're better equipped to care for others, helping God in His work.

We host various events throughout the year, designed to provide essential soul care for our members and raise funds for the many organizations we support. If you would like more information, contact Kathy Carter or reach out the BUMC office.

Weekly bible study

Looking to strengthen your understanding of the Bible and connect with others? Our weekly Bible Study offers a welcoming environment for spiritual growth and enriching conversation. Join us Wednesdays at 9:30 AM in the Library to explore the scriptures and deepen your faith journey.

At Brooklyn UMC, our Young Adults Ministry is all about creating a lively and supportive space for you to grow, connect, and serve. We meet every week for Bible study and fellowship, offering a chance to explore your faith, build friendships, and simply enjoy being together. Whether you're new to the area, looking for a deeper spiritual connection, or just want a place to belong, our Young Adults fellowship welcomes you!
